Healthy Way Consulting is a social enterprise consulting firm based in London, Ontario, Canada. We support not-for-profit & public sector organizations in creating a healthy way forward by moving ideas from conception to impact through grant writing, program evaluation, and providing technical support. We approach our work with the conviction that every person deserves to fully participate in their community and live a healthy life.

Profile

This firm is owned and operated by Dr. Andrew Clark (PhD), a researcher with over 15 years of experience in an academic environment. With training from Wilfrid Laurier University (BA, MA), Sir Sandford Fleming College (GIS-AS), McMaster University (PhD), and Western University (PDF), Andrew has extensive experience working with Southwestern Ontario non-profit organizations, municipalities, health units, and researchers to provide evidence that has helped shape the programs, policies, and practices that improve the health and well-being of our community. 

Andrew has spent the last 10 years working at Western University’s Human Environments Analysis Laboratory (HEALab) with some of the best researchers in the country, including Director Dr. Jason Gilliland. Profile

Nadia has over five years of experience writing academically and professionally. She is enthusiastic about mindfulness, healthy living, literature, art, music, and psychology. While earning her BA in English Literature at Western University, she learned to write clearly, persuasively, and precisely. Her studies at Toronto Metropolitan University included learning to create publicity for authors, copyedit texts, and design books. Her relevant experience includes writing website advertising copy and short-form articles and editing student submissions for an academic journal.

As a content writer her goal is to emphasize unique selling points of organizations through informative storytelling. She can adapt to a variety of different writing and editing projects, paying close attention to the values and voice of each organization she collaborates with. Her observant and investigative nature and leads her to excel at researching and synthesizing information. An out-of-the-box thinker, she brings unique solutions to problems by considering situations from a different angle. In an editing role, she uses her keen eye for detail to improve the consistency and clarity of documents while also keep the author’s intentions and audience’s perspective in mind.
