Having worked in an academic environment for over 15 years, we have extensive experience in writing academic, governmental, and foundation grants. Our team will work with you to develop grant applications through an iterative process that includes the following steps:

  1. Project Discovery. We will meet with your team to learn about your project, brainstorm tweaks that will strengthen the project, and create a project description that can be used in the grant.
  2. Justification for Funding. We will help you determine why your project deserves to be funded and how it meets the funding criteria.
  3. Objectives & Goals. We will help you develop and refine goals and objectives for your project.
  4. Evaluation Framework. The evaluation framework is typically required by grant funding (10% of budget) to ensure that you have a way to measure success. The evaluation is tied directly to the Objectives & Goals.
  5. Budgeting & Justification. We will work with you to create a budget and justification for the project that will be included in the grant.
  6. Review & Submission. We will provide you amble time to review the grant with our staff to ensure that you are happy with the final submission. Additionally revisions can be made based on requests made by your team prior to submission.
